Swollen spot on outer lip of vagina?

The other day I found a swollen spot on the outer lip of my vagina. It doesn't hurt, doesn't itch, and pretty much isn't irritated or sore or anything like that. It's just swollen. It also isn't a hard lump either. It feels like its just a bubble or something. I am four months pregnant and was wondering if it could be because of that? I have a dr appointment in a week and was gonna have it looked at then but does anyone know what it could be? Did any of you read the part that says I am going to the dr already? Hello? I'm not stupid, I know that I need to tell my dr. And I'm going to, the dr in a week. I would talk to him about it now but he's out of town. Also, the baby's fine. This is something wrong with my parts, not the baby's parts or anything that makes the baby grow.
