So i am now 30 weeks pregnant and in the past week or so i have been getting aches all over my belly/ lower back/ bottom and even a dull ache with a few sharp shooting pains in my vagina (sorry TMI) has anyone experienced this or know what its from... i dont remember having this with my first pregnancy and im worried i may be over doing things- i am also getting Braxton hicks contractions a few times a day at least.... also forgot to mention i am also getting quite a bit of discharge also- sometimes white in colour othertimes clear!

It could just be a sign that you are on your feet too much, over working your body. i don't think any thing is wrong. sounds normal to me. but during my pregnancies when i would work too much or be on my feet too long, i would get some pains in my stomach and lower area. its nothing to worry about unless it doesn't go away, or you start bleeding. pregnancy is full of all sorts of aches and pains. good luck feel better.

yes it is completely normal. when i was 29-31 weeks i had pains like that and they got worse and worse!! i ended up screaming in pain. so went to the hospital and midnight and it was just growing pains!! they can be bad for some people. you can have some pain killers that will narrow the pain a bit. and dont do to much. the more you rest, the better. and put your legs up too. the shooting pains are very painful too, they are just there to prepare you for whats coming up in 10 weeks. i get over 30 bh contractions a day! i was monitored for a day to check they werent real contraction because of the pain was so bad. but they werent lol if you get any bleeding, headaches, watery discharge or vomiting with these pains then go seek some help. good luck x
